The lounge with comfortable seating, cosy woodburner, smart tv and patio doors opening onto the terraced area where you can enjoy further sea views whilst dining al fresco and soak up the sun and glorious Cornish sea air.

Bedroom four having en-suite with bath tub and separate shower cubicle, the room is beautifully set out to make the most of the light, airy space.

Utility with fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and handy sink and drainer.
