This charming Cornish cottage set in the peaceful retreat of Church Cove boasts stunning sea views and beautiful surroundings. A short walk brings you to the heart of the Lizard village with an array of welcoming pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable, having been newly decorated in 2023 for its first ever season as a holiday let.


This holiday home comfortably hosts four guests, with a lounge, separate dining room with views out over the cove, and a conservatory with additional dining table looking out onto the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There's also a handy washing machine located in the utility room.


There is a ground floor shower room with WC as well as a bathroom with shower over on the first floor and separate WC. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms - a double with spectacular sea views over the cove and a twin, which can be converted to a super-king on request. Both bedrooms are well equipped with plenty of storage space.


Outside is a small garage with off-road parking for one car.


To the rear of the property is an attractive, well maintained garden with patio area and furniture to make the most of the fresh sea air whilst dining al fresco.
