The cottage was exactly what we were after and matched the description as advertised. Just a stones throw away from Church Cove, which is beautiful. Porthleven and Lizard holiday’s were very engaging and ensured we had a list of things to do. They were also very responsive when we had issues with the boiler and fixed it within the hour.  We would definitely recommend the property for those seeking a Cornish getaway.

Gue Gassel: A Cornish Gem! My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Gue Gassel. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was exactly as described - lovely, clean, and with a truly homely feel. The hosts were fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really made this place special was its incredible location. The views were simply breathtaking! We spent our mornings taking short walks to the sea to watch the sunrise, which was an unforgettable experience. The peace and privacy we found at Gue Gassel were exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing getaway. This cottage offers fantastic value for money. We can't recommend it highly enough and hope to return again soon!

Beautiful place to stay and hear the sounds of the sea while relaxing. Local places to eat were great and there are lovely walks all around. Definitely will be back.

Very comfortable and homely cottage in a superb location. Church Cove is very pretty and quiet and right on the SW coast path. The cottage had a very well-equipped kitchen, good water pressure in a recently renovated shower room, a very responsive and helpful host, and a lovely welcome pack containing lots of useful and yummy things for our stay.

We had a lovely stay at this Quant Cottage in a beautiful setting of Church Cove on the Lizard. Amazing walks on your doorstep. A lovely little village of great cafes, restaurants, pubs & gift shops. Only a short walk away. 'The Top House Inn' is a great place for food, tasty good size dinners. 'The Coast' for breakfast & ' Ann's for your Pasty's. 'Kynance Cove' a lovely place to visit for a swim but, be aware of the tide coming in. A cafe there for drinks & food. It is quite steep going down & getting up. It will be your workout for the day! 'Praa sands another nice beach place. Typical Cornish village of ' Cadgwith harbour' you may be serenaded by the folklore if you go on a Sunday! The Lizard point is a lovely place....so enjoy whatever you do!!!

A peaceful location and charming comfortable cottage. Stunning walks from the cottage along the coast path and many wonderful places to visit just a short drive away. The cottage was well equipped and a pleasant garden to sit in. Overall a relaxing stay was very much enjoyed by us. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful property with stunning views, comfortable rooms and well equipped efficient kitchen. The pillows and beds were most comfortable. Our request for fans in the bedroom etc was immediately taken care of. it's most wonderful property for a week long vacation. Strongly recommend it.

Great house very welcoming. Beautiful view of the sea from bedroom. Beds very comfortable quality bed linen, shower and bath room spotless. A short walk to town good choice of places to eat or grab a takeaway. The house is very well equipped if you prefer to cook. Welcome pack a lovely touch thank you. We had a fantastic holiday.

We enjoyed our break at this lovely cottage, what a fabulous location, the walk to the cove is stunning! cottage was excellent and had everything we needed, thank you . Parking the car was tight, we knew that but there is parking up the lane for those who want more space. A great area to visit, and the sun shine every day!

A charming cottage in an outstanding location. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay - and was very comfortable with a great sunny conservatory and in the lounge, for the evenings, great choice of TV apps. Dog friendly - our dog loved it- and also very clean. The view from the cottage is breathtaking - and superb walks straight out towards the south west coastal path and many beautiful coves, and National Trust places to visit. We parked our estate car always in the car park 100 yards or so from the cottage - and that was no problem at all- very easy. Thank you so much from Vanessa, Greg and Jetta

We had a lovely stay here. The house is tucked away from the village centre. Beautiful surroundings with lots of walks. The host was very helpful and gave us recommendations when asked

A very cosy cottage in a stunning location. Wet & windy stay but sheltered in the cove. Lovely walk to Cadgwith, lunch at Cadgwith Cove Inn. Beautiful walk in Helford and great pub lunch at the Shipwright Arms. Thai takeaway was great too. Thank you Gue Gassel for a lovely stay!

Gue Gassel is a very cozy cottage in a very tranquil location just up the lane from the small port of Church Cove. It is surrounded by nature and the bird songs are amazing and so is the dawn chorus! The house has been recently refurbished. The cottage is well equipped to a high standard. It is a very comfortable place to stay. The garage is suitable for a small car only and so is the parking in front. The free village car park up the lane is fine but don't park under a rooks nest! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Church Cove, Gue Gassel makes us feel at home - many thanks! We had a super late Summer and made lots of walks in both directions on the coast path and to Kynance Cove. We hope to come again sometime. Thanks again!
