The Old Chicken House is a stylish, self contained annex connected to the owners family home on Newham Barton Farm. The working farm is located just a short stroll from Helston and a 5 minute drive to Porthleven with its historic harbour, golden beaches and fabulous array of restaurants, cafes, bars and unique shops full of locally crafted wares.


There is a private entrance to the property which has central heating and enters into the fully equipped kitchen with a door to the shower room/WC. Access then into the spacious lounge with a double sofa bed, dining table for two, attractive fireplace and Smart TV.


Outside is a small patio dining table to enjoy a bite to eat or glass of something chilled al fresco. There is free parking on the premises.


NB. The outside space forms part of the owners accommodation but they’re happy for you to sit out and enjoy the Cornish weather. Above the annex is a completely closed off bedroom which forms part of the owners accommodation but is not accessible from or into The Old Chicken House. The property has free wifi but can occasionally be intermittent due to the rural location.
