The Forge is a peaceful Cornish retreat with incredible sea views, ideal for couples or individuals. A short stroll will bring you to the stunning coastal paths surrounding the Lizard or to the centre of the village where you will find an array of unique shops, eateries and pubs.
On the ground floor you'll find a kitchen/diner and lounge area with television and a paddle staircase leading to the bedroom/further sitting area. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a fridge with a frozen food compartment, a good range of kitchen utensils and a microwave. The use of a washing machine and dryer are available in the owner's adjoining garage. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with good sized shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
On the first floor, there is a double bed and a comfortable sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views. The cottage is heated by oil-fired central heating. At the rear of the property is a private patio with a table and chairs from which you can enjoy the stunning views of the Lizard countryside and the cliffs and sea beyond.
There is off-road parking for one car.
