The open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy lounge space with Smart TV, DVD player, Bose music system and Bluetooth speaker, is located on the first floor, making the most of the seaviews.  Bi-fold doors open upto the balcony expanding the space further, perfect for taking in the seaviews with a relaxing glass of wine in the evening sun.  The king size bedroom, with huge glass windows and it’s own balcony makes it possible to enjoy the sea views from the comfort of your bed, a shower room is also on this floor.


Downstairs are the two twin bedrooms, one with floor to ceiling windows and a door to the front sea facing deck terrace.  There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over and utility room with washing machine / dryer.


The house is within easy walking distance of the harbour which boasts a vast array of public houses, eateries, galleries and shops offering local wares.
