Primrose Cottage is a cosy, traditional, Cornish cottage perfectly placed to enjoy the amenities of the historic harbour town of Porthleven. A short stroll will bring you to the centre of Porthleven with its many restaurants, bakeries, pubs, unique shops and picturesque harbour.


The entrance porch leads into the lounge with log burner, smart TV, ample seating and leads through to the dining area and kitchen with double oven and hob, narrow dishwasher well equipped cupboards/drawers. The utility area is beyond with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and additional sink. And then onto the ground floor bathroom with shower over the bath, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.


Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with comfortable double bed, feature fireplace and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC hand basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be converted to a super-king on request and the third is a single.


At the side of the property is a driveway providing parking for 1 vehicle.


At the rear of the cottage you’ll find two patio areas with garden furniture, one at ground level and another raised, accessed via steps.


The patio areas are enclosed and suitable for your pets.
